I'm a Registered Nurse based in Oviedo, Florida, and I founded Benwaldo's Microgreens out of a deep belief in one simple idea: real health starts with real food.

After years working in healthcare, I saw firsthand how much what we eat affects how we feel, heal, and live. I wanted to do something about it — not just in the hospital, but right here in my own community.

So I started growing microgreens. 

Microgreens are among the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet — containing up to 10x more vitamins and minerals than their full-grown counterparts. As a nurse, I knew the science. As a grower, I became passionate about bringing that nutrition directly to your table.
